Registration Opening Hours
Congress delegates can collect their Conference materials at the Registration Desk:

Note: Registration for the various board meetings & other activities will be done separately.
Secretariat Room
The Secretariat room is located at Taurus Room (level 1).  Opening hours is from 8.00am to 5.00pm from 24 – 27 July 2010.
PAQS Education and Accreditation Meeting
The Accreditation Meeting will be scheduled on Saturday, 24 July 2010 from 9.00am to 12.30pm.  The meeting will be held at Pisces Room 3 located on level 1.
PAQS Research Meeting
The PAQS Research Meeting will be scheduled on Saturday, 24 July 2010 from 9.00am to 12.30pm.  The meeting will be held at Pisces Room 4 located on level 1.
ICEC Council Meeting
The ICEC Council Meeting will be scheduled on Saturday, 24 July 2010 from 11.00am to 5.30pm.  The meeting will be held at Pisces Rooms 3 & 4 located on level 1.
PAQS Board Meeting
The PAQS board meeting will be scheduled on Sunday, 25 July 2010 from 9am to 5.00pm.  The meeting will be held at Pisces Room 3 and 4 located on level 1.
Trade Exhibition
The Conference incorporates a trade exhibition that will be held at the Pisces Rooms 3 and 4 located on level 1 of the conference venue. The exhibition will commence from 26 & 27 July 2010 from 9am to 5.00pm. Trade exhibition is only open to conference delegates and the respective trade exhibitors.
Language
The official language of the Congress is in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:
Before and On 15 April 2010 50% refund
On and After 16 April 2010 10% refund
From 30 April 2010 No refund
No Show No refund
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be issued to all Congress participants attending the entire Congress.
Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements. This letter does not imply the provision of financial or any other support.
Language
The official language of the Congress is in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Special negotiated rates have been secured. To enjoy the special rates, please visit the Congress website www.paqs2010.com.sg www.icec2010.com.sg for the list of appointed hotels. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Liability
The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
